Pros
Not much, they are very sales focused. Really only care about employees that are making the most sales. Leadership will act like they care then throw the same koolaid at you week in and week out.
Cons
They never deliver. They will tell you that they have “the best rep and customer experience on the planet” but constantly underperform for their clients and employees. Everything management tells you is so that you buy into their ideology to sell more. Leadership is constantly selling their employees on the culture. Very Cult-like. You will have no work life balance.
