Building location provides easy access to the freeway

Every day there was a new argument or attempted shouting match started by management. Work constantly piled on at all hours of the day (incl. weekends and vacation), work-life balance only exists for the owners as the employees do absolutely everything. I have seen many employees defeated by the treatment received at this company — some to the point of tears — and would not recommend working here to anyone. It’s simply not worth the mental toll.

There are no pros that come to mind

• no work to life balance- you’ll be getting pinged at 1 AM on a Saturday —trust • overload of work- if you want to be swimming in work that’s not under your job description, this is the place for you. • constant blame- you’ll get scolded more than once even if it’s not your fault • constant anxiety- get ready to hold your breath to see what you’ll get in trouble for for the day. a workplace that will never be the same daily. overall: i would not even recommend to my worst enemy
