None - let's set the record straight on a few existing reviews. One from the marketing manager, she was the presidents daughter, of course it was a wonderful environment and place to work...for her! Another recent review from new marketing employee. He hasn't been there long enough to know what really goes on there...yet!
Cons
Totally toxic work environment! All employees are controlled/managed by VP of Operations, only his thoughts and ideas matter. You are not allowed to interact directly with other co-workers and kept siloed in your position so he can maintain control of EVERYTHING! The CFO/HR manager protects the company's interests,not yours. Don't buy in when she says " I want to be your friend" she is NOT! Pay - Sub standard for the industry for all positions. 401K - depending on your date of hire it may be 18+ months before you are eligible to participate. Vacation policy - you are limited to 10 days, after 5+ years you earn one day per year. Again, depending on your date of hire it may turn out to be only 1/2 day per additional year after 5 years. Despite being hired for a salary position you will be forced to punch time clock just like hourly workers. There is zero chance for advancement here. Only the core executive team members matter, everyone else is expendable.
