      Pros

      Very few, apart from getting exposure because you are forced to handle everything on your own.

      Cons

      Hire-and-fire approach creates a toxic and insecure atmosphere. HR has little to no say in employee matters and cannot support staff when issues arise. Job security is almost nonexistent — employees can be asked to leave with no clarity or notice. F&F settlements are often delayed, and in many cases, people struggle to even receive them. Daily operations lack structure, communication is poor, and there is zero long-term planning. High expectations, but no proper resources, systems, or leadership direction.

      Pros

      1. Very convenient timings: 10am - 6pm 2. Location: Safe environment for working women as the area has many offices. 3. Employer: Working directly with the CEO who's very amiable and soft-spoken. 4. Widening your horizons: Chances to work on many fronts like social media, graphics, designing, etc will teach you additional skills. 5. Holidays: Along with public holidays, you get second and fourth Saturdays off every month. 6. Hygienic Canteen: Good canteen staff and overall cleanliness.

      Cons

      I would say it's not a con but as a start-up there are few members in the organization.
