Very few, apart from getting exposure because you are forced to handle everything on your own.
Cons
Hire-and-fire approach creates a toxic and insecure atmosphere. HR has little to no say in employee matters and cannot support staff when issues arise. Job security is almost nonexistent — employees can be asked to leave with no clarity or notice. F&F settlements are often delayed, and in many cases, people struggle to even receive them. Daily operations lack structure, communication is poor, and there is zero long-term planning. High expectations, but no proper resources, systems, or leadership direction.
