Pros
The pay was decent (not as per industry standard but still) Salary on time. The concept is great (Though the platform is awful)
Cons
The HR team is delusional (They removed all 1-star reviews from Glassdoor) All the talented pool of developers from the team is already leaving because of the current toxic work environment. Be ready to work like a slave, I am talking about weekends too. The manager doesn't know that you're involved in multiple projects CTO and higher management have a know-it-all attitude Outdated tech stack and they're reluctant to change it anytime soon.
