Pros
I sometimes look at reviews with skepticism, wondering if people really like their jobs or if management pushes them toward a review. After working at KNB for almost 3 months, I can give an honest assessment of what it's like to be a part of the team. I came from a very large agency network where I was deeply unsatisfied professionally. KNB has been the tonic I needed. KNB truly lives its values. Management actually prioritizes work/life balance for everyone. We collaborate, we communicate, and we have each other's backs if anyone needs an extra set of hands or some advice to navigate a challenging situation. Remote culture is really hard to build successfully, but KNB has it figured out in a way I haven't been part of before. There is autonomy, yet connectedness. The leadership team has been incredibly supportive during my onboarding (which was fantastic and thorough). They are always available for anything work-related or to share a fun story. Besides all the above, I truly appreciate how KNB finds clients who "speak our language" of making healthcare more accessible and driving positive change in the industry. I love working with our clients and learning about their unique contributions to healthcare—they have some really interesting businesses and it's exciting to see them grow. Did I mention the work/life balance? :)
Cons
I've seen no cons. The only downside is that you don't see your coworkers in person as often as you want.
