      They have food in the office on Friday.

      Cons

      Average workday is sitting in traffic while accumulating wear on your personal vehicle. Its a small company and there isn't much room for advancement. Pay is pretty low compared to the work and stress of the job. If you're an entry level engineer, there's better places to work.
