Pros
We will get exposure on aviation domain. Dealing directly with the international clients on the international projects. Full freedom to work on the projects. Working with all technologies JAVA, ORACLE PLSQL, Android, JSP and JFX. We will be given off on all Saturdays and Sundays and will be asked to come on the Saturday based only on the urgency.
Cons
We have to work independently sometimes. But I don't think so it is a cons. Unlike other companies, we will be working on all modules, so we will learn all modules on the project completely as we will be working on our own most of the time.
