- Flexible schedule (can make up hours if missed)
- Gave weekends and certain holidays off.
- Voluntary time off (as long as you make up for your absence to keep up with production demands)
-Opportunities for advancement (I went from being a bridge installer to a neck team lead within half a year.)
- Knowledgeable management team who answered questions (even the seemingly stupid ones) in simple and adaptable ways.
- Communication between teams was good.
- Got to play their demo guitars during breaks and lunch.
- Manufacturing processes of each instrument were documented and also followed up with by management concerning quality control.
Cons
- There were gaps of communication between departments Ex. Marketing and Manufacturing.
- Organization was in the developmental process and halted several times by senior management.
- Slightly low pay (until opportunity advancement occurred)
