      The benefits and culture are pretty good, coworkers and supervisors are receptive to your input or suggestions, not a toxic and political company, and it's a pleasure to work here!

      Salary is slightly below market rates and there is no work-life balance during peak periods.

      Pros

      Awesome benefits 401k , Insurance. Great database to use. Managers is more than a manager but a great leader as well. Makes a big difference.

      Cons

      Doesn't have SOP set up surprisingly. Kind of have to self teach alot. Truly a testament of ones own work ethic.
