      Good wage and good work life balance very friendly staff

      Cons

      HR we’re not very good through Covid with issues and we’re unwilling to discuss changes to hours etc. No opportunity for progression

      Pros

      Awesome benefits 401k , Insurance. Great database to use. Managers is more than a manager but a great leader as well. Makes a big difference.

      Cons

      Doesn't have SOP set up surprisingly. Kind of have to self teach alot. Truly a testament of ones own work ethic.
