      great company to start your career with and build an experience very quickly

      Cons

      family business, you won't ever get a raise or a promotion unless you bend over for the management. buddy buddy environment. only work there for a year and move on. don't waste more than a year.

      Felt welcome. Coworkers were kind and helpful. Schedule and workflow were always organized.

      Not many cons, I was kept busy most of the time but at times I could've had more on my plate.
