Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We definitely try to be as upfront as possible during our interview process about the position and the nature of the work that we do. We wish you had spoken up at the time if there was something unclear, and definitely before you had taken the position.
We are confident in our performance-based compensation and advancement structure and have proven that if an individual follows all systems, they can do extraordinarily well both financially and careerwise.
We do not require our employees to drive 100 miles per day, and gas cards and bonuses are always offered to offset any travel expenses. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to pay for all of our team's meals on a nightly basis, nor during a business trip. However, we always ensure that extra bonuses are on the line during business trips. Also, participation in business trips is always optional.
We understand that the nature of sales that we do can be challenging. Learning how to deal with reject and managing yourself personally is not always an easy task. We don't expect everyone to want a lifelong career in sales after meeting us. We do our best to make sure that anyone that comes in contact with our team is able to gain professional skills or knowledge through the time they spend with us.
