Pros
Honestly, there’s little to highlight. Perhaps the only “pro” was gaining a firsthand lesson on what not to look for in a company. It’s an experience that teaches you exactly why proper contracts, HR departments, and ethical leadership matter.
Cons
• No employment contracts, leaving employees exposed.
• No HR function whatsoever — you’re completely on your own.
• No onboarding process at all. You start with zero guidance, no handover, and nobody explains how things work — you’re expected to just figure it out in the chaos.
• Interview promises mean nothing; agreements change at their convenience.
• Utter lack of structure: roles, responsibilities, and tasks all overlap chaotically.
• Zero long-term vision or growth strategy.
• Manipulative offboarding to dodge paying rightful dues (cutting notice periods, skipping holiday pay).
• Social insurance records deliberately shortened to save costs at employees’ expense.
• Salaries for your final working period may simply vanish.
