Pros
The area surrounding the office is pretty nice and most of the people are great to work with.
Cons
- Management has no idea how to manage. - No bonuses for the last 2 years with nothing promising on the horizon. - Its a company that makes kiosks but the marketing/sales departments don't know how to sell the software aspect side of it. - Company is barely staying above water financially. - Nothing management or upper management says can be trusted. - There is no structure to anything in the software department (coding standards, scrum methodologies, people/roles, etc) its the wild west and its one of the many reasons why its failing . - No cross training, you will get pigeon holed. - Back door friendships will get you ahead, not hard work and dedication. - The core product that is the backbone of the all the other products has serious architectural problems and cant be sustained long term.
