Pros
- it's not an easy job but the training is very thorough and management is very knowledgeable. career progression is really pushed in my team. although not always in the office together as role involves a lot of travel, company puts a big emphasis on culture - pay is good and there are clear steps for progression. you can ask for a pay review every three months if you want! but that obviously comes with more work - you get bonuses which is based on team performance mostly (so no one is in competition) - get reimbursed for km's travelled
Cons
- short paid parental leave - so many tools to help you succeed but it's not an easy job. takes about 6-12 months to really adjust . lots of information and youre dealing with a lot of people that are scared to return to work. but there seems to always be a way!
