The new office is amazing. A great space to work. Parking and good facilities. The best part about Killstar is the people, which makes it.
Cons
Where do I start. The major problem is the C-Suite who need to look in the mirror and really listen to staff feedback. So tone deaf, complete lack of accountability and no recognition of the staff turnover rates, which are off the scale. Losing key people. No desire to fix things. Talk and talk and talk - but little action. Losing money. Blame culture and toxic environment. The people there are stressed out and frankly bullied. The CEO is remote, and it shows. The CFO hardly attends the office although complains about anyone else working their office days. It is really sad to see how a once great company, has changed.
