Pros

You have WFH facility and give some peanuts which call as Benefits like Insurance and WFH

Cons

One of the pathetic and worst Management will hire you and tell you that you will be in permanent role and suddenly they will fire you within a month and give some stupid reason that Client cancelled the Contract with the company and they need to fire some of the folks and you are one them. If you think they offer you a good package and WFH.I request to everyone who thinks to apply ,got the offer and joined within a month. I urge you do not fall in that scam because that package and the benefits will be only for some months and they can fire you at any moment of time. Disclaimer: Think before you join in that company

Pros

Work from home, and exposed to international recruitment

Cons

DO NOT work here as a Recruiter. They have high turnover. I started on a team of 7, and all have either resigned, laid off, or got fired in the span of 9 months. All were new, except my manager. Their HR team was a total mess. I started contributing to the 401k when I first started, and when they changed payroll systems 6 months later and took away my 401k because I haven't been there for a full year. That should have been known at the beginning, I was putting in 15% of my paycheck! Thankfully, I got the money back I was entitled to. I started on a pharmacy recruitment project for one of the clients, and it was like call center work. I was not happy making 50-100 calls daily, only to be told that they already have a job, or leaving a voicemail for the 5th time. After a couple months, I moved on to a different project that was a better fit for me, utilizing my recruitment skills. I was performing well and given praise, so it came as a total shock that they were laying me off due to "a recent downturn in business operations." No call or announcement was given that they were laying off folks, just an email. No notice given, treated as if I was a number, not a person. It really shows how this company treats its employees. Then the next day, the Life and Career coach made an announcement that that KGTiger was #7 on the top 100 fastest growing companies in Philadelphia. Make up your mind, is the company doing well or not? It's not like I was making three figures a year, I was making average salary in my location.
