KGK is a great place to start, learn, contribute, apply your knowledge, handle large responsibilities, deliver on opportunities, and mature a career KGK has opportunities for entry level positions, next phase-in-career type of project management positions, and those who want to crossover to middle management and supervisory/director roles with greater responsibilities. The company takes pride in doing quality work for their clients. They have a reputation for satisfying their clients and going above expectations. Enjoyed my time there. Heard management was working on formalizing career development paths/structures for employees. Most big companies I have been associated with talk about that but never actually implement it. The company seems to be changing with the times and not remaining stagnant. Healthy sign for any company. The company was sold twice, but I think it was a positive to expand their footprint from nutraceuticals to recreational cannabis and now to psychedelic substances. The trajectory of the company is on a high positive slope. Not a stagnant place to work. I feel like upper management cares about employees as they are recognized in town halls. Because it is on the smaller side, it can offer more opportunities to do different things. The different types of work keeps you engaged. It can force you out of your comfort zone and take on responsibilities you might not be afforded elsewhere at a larger company. I never heard gossip from employees about anyone else in the company. People tend to focus on their jobs there which is good.

Was hard to get to know colleagues given the challenges with COVID. Maybe having more townhalls and employee gatherings with and without family in the future to get to know colleagues and their families better, but this has all been a challenge given the hysteria over COVID.
