Pros
Company adheres to it's core values and shows it's employees appreciation through pay, recognition, and appreciation. Most of the company works remotely after Covid and there are no plans to force people back into the office. Even with remote work there is still a sense of comradery and the company has weekly and monthly updates to keep everyone in the loop. I enjoy for a smaller company, not too small though! Company offers great benefits and 401K.
Cons
You could get paid more if you work at a larger company but I would not trade money for happiness personally.
