Everybody has to sweeten the big boss for fear of losing their jobs Big boss will use you for what he needs and bounce you out the door the second he's got what he wanted Health and safety isn't a thing here at KFP, nobody has formal training or procedures in place to safeguard field operatives. Your expected to bring your own tools for the job, if your van gets broken into whilst at work the company will NOT reimburse you as this pushes up their insurance premiums. If you need tools, they provide the cheapest poundshop tools. Bullying is extremely common Field Techs aren't trained or hold the correct certification for working on sites
