Most everyone who works is here is friendly and easy to get along with. No one will hesitate to help if you ask.

You'll work longer hours during severe weather and winter, but that's expected at a news station.

This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

-unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity
