Pros
Having regulars, knowing exactly what people will order when they come into the restaurant. Prepping food for the next day was always fun to me. Having customers requesting for you to ring them up, or take their order.
Cons
Employees were too involved in each others personal lives. Also, having a lot of drama in the work place. Having to stay over because the same person is late everyday.
