Pros
There is no good things, KFC franchisees DO NOT PAY WELL. They have hard working employees but refuse to pay anything. I think the GM just doesn't give out raises so he gets bigger bonuses... i don't know.
Cons
Everything is a con at KFC. People actually deserve to be decently paid here but it wont ever happen.
