Pros
There really are some good people here and this review is in no way directed at them! Managers are so unaware of how to do the tasks that they "manage" that you won't really have to worry about performance as long as you show up to work! There are some departments that allow for some creativity and innovation which is what the company is founded upon.
Cons
How many words can I enter here? * They take advantage of the micro-economy in Madras and pay accordingly. If you want talented employees then pay them what they are worth! If you want to retain employees, then treat them like humans and not one of the CNC- machines. * Hostile work environment. Manager was incompetent and was very passive- aggressive & unprofessional. * You are rewarded on tenure here, not performance. If you can suffer through the agony of working here for many years, then someday, you too can become a "manager". * Company bonuses are a joke - again, you will not be rewarded if you go that extra mile! Was misled on "profit sharing" and they took away from our expected bonus because it was not fair to other departments even know we had a higher workload. * Many people commute from Redmond and they are not very sympathetic if you have a delay from icy roads, three feet of snow or even a car accident! they still expect you to report to work that day. * Micro-Managed to the point where your not allowed to think for yourself by a manager that has no idea how to do your job! I could go on and on here, but these are the main points...I'm sure not ALL of the senior management is bad, but it really starts from the top - The president and HR know who the "bad" ones are!
