working with kids can be fun and rewarding

Cons

horrible environment working in a country club parents were rude and looked down on the workers the kids were not well behaved and could not be controlled we were lied to about multiple kids who had special needs that we could not and were not trained to work with

Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

Cons

The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
