      Pros

      Working with Kids, good people, fun atmosphere, consistent hours. The people that run this company are truly great - genuine people who absolutely love summer camp and all it entails.

      Cons

      The job can be difficult if you are not surrounded by quality counselors. Pay is on the lower side. Its a great way to supplement income for educators.

      Pros

      Fun, rewarding, no micromanaging, make it your own.

      Cons

      The pay isn't terrible, but for the amount of work it takes, it should definitely be a bit more. Very very very time consuming. You won't know what to expect until you're in it.
