      Very good HR Department Labour laws are well enforced

      Cons

      Below average pay Engineering expertise will not be paid for adequately, Technicians will be hired for engineering jobs, to save on costs The management has a philosophy: don't pay for education, only results. This leads to low qualified staff. There are political fights within the company led by local leaders from nearby villages. Outsiders are not welcome for decision making. Personal connections are paramount.

      Pros

      Gute Kantine, gute Personalabteilung. Arbeitsklima ist in Ordnung.

      Cons

      Keine Innovation. Ingenieure werden gleich wie Techniker bezahlt. Das Management kommt aus der Nähe - ihre Denkweise ist sehr ländlich und konservativ. Erfahrung und wissen wird nicht bewertet. Der Deutsche Standort sitzt im Land, es gibt keine Infrastruktur.
