      you are quite free to design your lessons however the way you like at times, good environment and colleagues

      poor increment as they follow a whole scale trying to make use of local staff as much as possible

      Pros

      Teachers are friendly and will help you, but you need to reach out first.

      Cons

      Students are difficult to manage, Management doesn't seem to care and acts like everything is fine when it isn't. Plus, teachers don't really get a competitive wage. Felt burned out/jaded pretty quickly.
