Pros
Great people, you'll generally enjoy the work environment. Lower and Mid-level management are great and do what they can for their employees.
Cons
Expensive/bad benefits. Lower pay than almost all others in the Beauty Park. Production workers are overworked. Raises are not merit based, but are cost of living adjustments, and usually below (or in 2022 WELL BELOW) inflation. We've only met targets to get real bonus payouts twice in 5 or 6 years. Other bonuses have been tiny discretionary bonuses.
