Cant get their staff back to work ghostown of an office

Worked with some fantastic people, although due to my being casual (in the office 2-days a week) and barely anyone being in the office due to covid, it was difficult to get to know people. The facilities and resources were great!!

I had very little training and had to learn a lot of different software myself in a short amount of time. There were a lot of issues with HR staff changing, and information passed from old to new staff. I also witnessed one of my instructing solicitors belittle a graduate lawyer in front of other staff. Naturally, this was quite disturbing to me, particularly because the issue the solicitor was upset over was minuscule - this was a contributing factor to me leaving sooner than I intended to, along with a variety of other issues. Despite all this, I still believe it was a good and worthwhile experience.
