Great Company - Administrative KCI World Employee Review

- Decent salary for entry level positions - Great communication between teams - Managers of offices care a lot about their employees - Company culture (at least at my office) was lovely.

- Decently high turnover rate for employees across the offices - Expectations are not communicated to employees, making it difficult to know what we need to do to satisfy management's expectations.

Travel, fun atmosphere, room for growth in all directions

International offices means working across time zones, languages and cultures. Some political BS in the upper levels.
