Pros
Generally positive working environment. People are hungry to learn different things and make the company more profitable. If you put in the work, and do an honest day's job you could work here forever and expect continuous raises.
Cons
This company started off as a family-owned business before becoming an employee owned organization. There are a lot of people still in positions thanks to nepotism and cronyism- not because they are the best qualified to do their job. Good ole boy network is alive and well in a lot of places.
