Pros
The management staff really takes their time to make sure new employees are adequately trained. For a new college graduate, this was great considering that my major had NOTHING to do with this industry. I had opportunity to learn skills from multiple departments, so I wasn't just "stuck" doing the same things day by day. The fast paced and challenging environment has helped me to improve my time management skills and also gain experience of what it's like to work at a successful and growing company.
Cons
It can get stressful at times, but what job doesn't? I also wish the company had employee incentive programs to reward all the hardworkers here.
