      Pros

      Wonderful department to work for. CTE office always open for discussion and advise. Also had a toolbox meeting each week in regards to safety issues where we could also discuss other topics as well.

      Cons

      Multi- project work at the same time which made it so challenging to meet the schedule. It was also a good opportunity to meet the client as well as the vendor.

      Pros

      401k match up to 6%. Management is good. End of the year pay raises are usually above average inflation percentages.

      Cons

      Low salary for the work. Benefits overall are average. They are slowly doing away with hybrid work.
