Apartment Manager - Apartment Manager KBC Management Employee Review

The supervisors/owners are SO unprofessional. They are never happy with you, they act way too casual/inappropriate, they use shame and fear to guilt you into doing what they want. The owner, Karen, blows hot and cold and she's very unstable, type A, controlling. They will request the most obnoxious things of you, expect you to work holidays (God forbid you bother them on the weekend though!) and play favorites constantly. The job itself is not bad, of course working with tenants can be difficult or stressful, and cleaning the building can get tedious, but the work itself is not bad. It really is the people you work for at KBC that make it a nightmare.
