      The team members were great. They do like to have fun. Homes are beautiful.

      Cons

      Extremely micro-managed. Very little time off. Expected to work on days off. High turnover with builders.

      No micromanagement Work flexibility Great culture

      Cons

      Layoffs are common due to the market, so job security is not stable. Few recognized holidays. No floating holidays off, must use only 3 PTOs. Room for growth depends on other's leaving.

      No one is really watching you. Not being in the office to run errands or long lunches no problem.

      Managers talk about each other and their staff. CRM is fake and we use it for the sake of the shareholders. Shoppers
