Pros

I have been with KAnand Corporation for the last 9 months at a top notch client.Very good consulting and highly ethical company to work with.Everyone is superfast responsive including apex management, sales, accounting, payroll is easily accessible through emails or calls.I am being paid ontime all this time. They have offered me the long term contract position when i was actively looking for a job during pandemic time. The interview process was fairly quick and went very smoothly, got the offer within 10 days. They have a very good client base. They treat the employees nicely. I would strongly recommend to work with KAnand. --Veera

Pros

Excellent work-life balance - Management truly respects personal time and doesn't expect after-hours work unless it's a genuine emergency Strong team culture - Colleagues are supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help each other learn and grow Great learning opportunities - Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and diverse technical challenges that build valuable skills Meaningful work - Every day brings different challenges, and you can see the direct impact of your contributions on the business Supportive management - Leadership is approachable, provides clear direction, and backs up their team when needed Job security in terms of work availability - Consistent workload and long-term contracts show the company values the team

Cons

Permanent conversion promises not fulfilled - Team has been contractors for 2+ years despite repeated assurances about conversion to permanent status nearly two years ago No benefits or holiday pay - Contractor status means no health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, or retirement benefits that permanent employees receive Uncertainty about long-term stability - While work is consistent, contractor status creates ongoing uncertainty about future employment status Two-tier employment system - Creates inequality between contractors and permanent employees doing similar work
