Although not the best forum to dispute purposely misguided comments, it is important to state that we strongly disagree with the poster's allegations. KAnand takes very seriously its commitments to employees, customers and vendors as well as its legal and regulatory obligations. All these allegations were thoroughly scrutinized internally and proved to be incorrect. We will continue to comply with all employment laws and regulations, follow our best practices and take appropriate actions to ensure we have an open, fair and inclusive workplace.
I have been with KAnand Corporation for the last 9 months at a top notch client.Very good consulting and highly ethical company to work with.Everyone is superfast responsive including apex management, sales, accounting, payroll is easily accessible through emails or calls.I am being paid ontime all this time. They have offered me the long term contract position when i was actively looking for a job during pandemic time. The interview process was fairly quick and went very smoothly, got the offer within 10 days. They have a very good client base. They treat the employees nicely. I would strongly recommend to work with KAnand.

Cons
Permanent conversion promises not fulfilled - Team has been contractors for 2+ years despite repeated assurances about conversion to permanent status nearly two years ago
No benefits or holiday pay - Contractor status means no health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, or retirement benefits that permanent employees receive
Uncertainty about long-term stability - While work is consistent, contractor status creates ongoing uncertainty about future employment status
Two-tier employment system - Creates inequality between contractors and permanent employees doing similar work
