Even company lunches create meaningful moments, where teams sit together, catch up and simply enjoy a good meal together, which strengthens both relationships and collaboration across the company.

      Cons

      One challenge can sometimes be ensuring full alignment on briefs received across all teams, especially when projects move quickly and involve multiple touch points. At times, updates may evolve throughout the process, so maintaining clear communication from the beginning is essential to ensure smooth execution and consistency.
