Pros
Very understanding in the middle management, mentorship from Managers and Lead Developers in a multicultural team. Flexible program, scrum with agile methodology, sweet deadlines with no pressure. If you know what you're doing on your position everything is great.
Cons
The European Board Management could have done better in relocating people instead of just laying off from the EU engineering department just to allocate money to the sales department for "motivation".
