      Pros

      The company switched to the EOS model for operating day to day business.

      Cons

      The company was founded on the CO'S principles but he hasn't recently taken a step back. The new leadership has a greater focus on revenue yet they do not seem to have the adequate experience. Through the shift, the culture has greatly suffered causing employee instability.

      small company government contracts federal contracts

      Cons

      -Croynism -unfair management -non-diverse and they don't care (look at their values, not one time that is mentioned) -bias -high turnover and they don't care -need a diversity and inclusion leader
