Small team allowed me to get all of my questions answered ASAP, and there was never a shortage of things to get done. They were all very welcoming to my design ideas, even as an intern with no real-world experience at the time.

The global company aspect does mean some early morning and/or late nights to collaborate with those in Germany and Brazil. Outside of that minor accommodation, nothing glaring of note.
