The pay, benefits, and bonus is the appeal

Cons

You will be working with big ego lawyers, and you can be a part of an understaffed team. Certain teams are only two people, one being the manager... if the manager sticks around. You are the point of delivery for nearly every aspect of the product that they provide. You'll be expected to work on projects and do the tickets at the exact same time, so load balancing is important. You will likely burn out and no one at the org will have time to give you the access you need or the professional development you deserve.
