Pros

- free coffee - nice colleagues at times - easy to be hired

Cons

- low salary - unclear commission plan - only 20 days of vacation - huge turnover - long hours (8.20AM -6.45PM) - career progression is at management discretion - unprofessional behavior from the management or senior colleagues: gossips, jokes about other colleagues appearance, arrogance - the director will spend his time walking back and forth on the open space, shouting loud and complaining (this is supposed to motivate employees).. - the training will be done by employees that have been in the company for 6 month, if there is one! - You are supposed to call and harass candidates from a messy database even though they don't fit with the client's requirement as long as you reach the KPI's which are a certain number of calls per day (even though not relevant) - chaotic organization at all levels - This is "Wolf of WallStreet" without the money!

Pros

You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

Cons

Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
