Pros
The office makes culture a priority and it shows. Morale is up and people support one another, both attorneys and staff. We are one big team. Officewide benefits are great, fruit, crackers, hot sauce and coffee in the kitchen, plus yoga offered weekly and lots of social get-togethers. Managers are great to the staff and push to be progressive in the market.
Cons
Benefits are not great, medical insurance is very expensive, not too many perks offered outside of what the local office provides. Lots of change going on around the firm which makes it appear to be unstable. Some attorneys are very difficult to work with firmwide. It's a very political environment.
