      Schedule is ok at 21 and 7 but you have 2 days of travel in the 7. Pros are limited to the schedule.

      Cons

      Poorly ran, Lack of care for employees health and safety, management is very little experience.

      Pros

      The pay is good and they provided a Company truck. Day rate of 16 hours.

      Cons

      Only had one account for flowback. The accounts were mainly with well testing.
