None to speak of at the moment.

Been working at Rastall for many years. Never need to worry about being let go for lack of work. The company is constantly growing. Management continues to look for ways to involve all employees. Employee BBQ's and events. Owner always adding new trucks and other equipment. A lot of OT available if you want it.

I would say the only con is that the company has a hard time finding good hard workers. But I guess that can be said about a lot of places these days.
