The school maintains a welcoming, disciplined, and growth-oriented atmosphere that supports both teachers and students in their development. The collaborative culture among the staff and the encouragement from the management created a strong sense of belonging. I had the opportunity to enhance my teaching skills, improve classroom management, and explore innovative ways of engaging students. The experience not only strengthened my professional abilities but also boosted my confidence and passion for teaching.
