Pros
Working at KA Recruiting was the best thing I could have done for myself personally and professionally. I started after graduating college, had a lot to learn about a lot of things and everyone on the team supported me to get where I wanted to be. I've worked here for a year and a half now and have been supported throughout any and all problems I've encountered. My communication skills have gotten better, I am confident in myself and my work and am able to have hard discussions with candidates or clients as needed.
Help is always there when you ask for it, and you are encouraged to ask for it the minute you think you may be struggling to learn something, or don't know why something that has previously worked for you isn't anymore. This goes for all stages in your career here - even their most seasoned employees are encouraged to ask questions. The owners also value every employee's opinion regardless of how new you are which speaks a lot to company culture.
There is room for growth, a generous commission structure and a positive attitude throughout the office. Everyone's achievements are celebrated from a new employee's first success, to an employee breaking a personal best for something or potentially a company record.
I have recommended this position to any friends looking for a change and students looking to intern or for a full time role who have asked me about my career and will certainly do so moving forward.
Cons
Nothing specific to KA - the only cons would be ones that come with the nature of recruiting/sales that you will find in any similar position.
